Ordering
For your protection, all on-line ordering information you submit will be transmitted via a secure server. Information regarding you and your order will be kept confidential and used only to process your order.
Hours of Operation: Orders will be accepted online 24 hours a day / 7 days a week. Our customer service department (Orders / Product Questions / Comments) will be available during normal business hours of 9am - 5pm / Monday through Friday (Eastern Standard Time).
Payment Options: Payment options include the following:Visa, MasterCard or American Express for U.S. orders only. Orders may be placed online through our secure server of faxed to 631-590-5844 using the Order Form here. We do not charge your credit card until the day of shipment. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address (the address your credit card bank has on file for you) when completing your order. Incorrect information will cause a delay or cancellation of your order. We also accept wire transfers, money orders, cashiers checks or company checks. For company checks, please allow up to 10 days for clearance. Orders are processed upon receipt of funds. All money orders and checks should be made out Reytec Imaging Inc. All payments must be made is US dollars.
Credit may be extended for corporate purchases. Fax a completed Credit Application to 631-590-5844. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing. All purchase orders on credit must be faxed or mailed. Accounts that request credit terms will generally be required to prepay the first order using any of the payment options listed above.
Sales Tax: We are required by law to collect sales tax on all products shipping to the state of New York unless you provide us with a valid resale or exemption certificate signed by the buyer. Certificates may be sent by e-mail or fax.
