Defective Product Returns
Products Defective Upon Receipt
Any product which proves to be defective within 15 days of delivery may be exchanged for a replacement of the same model. For Return Authorization number and shipping instructions contact us by e-mailing your request to customerservice@reytecimaging.com. All defective returns should include a description of the problem. Products initially returned as defective, whose defect cannot be verified, will either be returned to customer or incur a minimum 20% restocking charge. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a valid return authorization number visibly marked on the package and/or the shipping label.
Warranty and Non-Warranty Defects
After 15 days from receipt of the product, Reytec Imaging Inc., at it's discretion, will repair or replace without charge to the customer any merchandise proven defective in material or workmanship in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty terms. When returned merchandise is found to be defective and out of warranty, the customer will be notified in a timely manner with the estimated cost of repairs or, if un-repairable, a recommended replacement. Customer must acknowledge and authorize repair or replacement of defective non-warranty items within 10 days of notification. In the absence of such acknowledgement, Reytec Imaging reserves the right to dispose of all defective merchandise.
New Product Returns
At the discretion of Reytec Imaging Inc., new merchandise may be returned for credit or exchange within 10 days from date of delivery provided that the product is returned in new condition with all original packaging. To return or exchange an item, you must obtain an RA (Return Authorization) number by calling us a 800-928-1388 or e-mailing us at customerservice@reytecimaging.com with the reason for the return request. Upon approval, we will provide you with shipping instructions and issue a refund for the original purchase price (less shipping and handling) within 30 business days of when the return is received. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is the result of an error made by Reytec Imaging Inc. We must receive the return no later than 10 business days after your receipt of an RA number. All products returned must be in new, original condition, in original package, and include all reference material, parts and packaging materials. The original box and packaging contents must not be altered or defaced in any way. Products that cannot be resold as new may be refused or subject to a minimum restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price.Special order items including clearance sale items may not be returned, refunded or exchanged.
At the discretion of Reytec Imaging Inc., any new products returned after the initial 10 days from date of delivery shall be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Any "New Product" returns that must be returned to the manufacturer are subject to the manufacturers restocking fees. After 30 days only defective products are eligible for return and may require return to the manufacture for repair/replacement.
